As a Medical Reserve Corps Leader, medical professional and volunteer, this is a big issue. My position would be to state, "Why would a volunteer become part of the problem in spreading the disease entity if infected in the line of duty by not being afforded innoculation". All volunteers will be needed as the severity of the situation escalates and as tiers of paid medical professionals become ill or die. I would respectfully request that they be placed in a high priority position from the onset.
