Great question--so many good questions without sufficient answers.

The draft guidance talks about providing vaccine for any person in the United States who wishes to receive it--no delineation between those who are residents vs visitors. You are probably aware of how various social, behavioral and other features influence spread of infections like Dengue Fever differently on each side of the border. Do you have ideas about how pan flu might be different? If so, please share--they might help further define your question.
