COMMENT: Verification of status to receive vax

Thanks for raising this issue, Joan. I raised it it another forum yesterday and got no answers. How will any criterion for vaccination be verified? Whose responsibility is it?

I can see different possible answers for different categories:
For critical workers, if we start now to work with the agencies, companies, etc. involved, we can perhaps get them to identify critical functions as well as keep track of which employees carry out these functions. Then they could relay this info to the entity responsible for verifying eligibility for vaccination.

Age might be verified through drivers license, passport, or other government-issued ID (at least for adults).

Medical history may need a doctor's note, however, or perhaps people could bring a prescription to indicate they have a particular condition.

Other ideas?
