DISCUSSION: What will make the Prioritization Guidance Acceptable?
COMMENT: I disagree that national security is any less important in a pandemic.

If you wonder who might fight a war during a pandemic, sending soldiers to far away lands in the midst of devastating death tolls, you have but to look at the U.S. during WWI. A nation determined to win a war will not be swayed, even by mounting death tolls at home. There are many hostile forces with the will to do our nation harm, whatever the cost. I don't believe it will be any less the case during a pandemic.
